So, let me see if I've got this straight.

1) A page sent a note to Representative Kolbe's office, saying that he had gotten inappropriate emails from Representative Foley.

2) Representative Kolbe forwarded the note to Representative Foley, and told the page to let him know if there was anything else he could do.

3) The page decided that he could perhaps do without Representative Kolbe's help in the future.
