BBC NEWS | In Depth | Weekly world news quiz

Quiz me!
I got 4. I felt like I knew this stuff but once again I am thwarted and Bill scores a 6. I'd like to get a 6. The only reason he did not get a 7, he says, is because he hasn't been keeping on top of the brassiere situation in Asia.

CONTEST: What SHOULD David Blaine do next?
Here are some starters...

Bury himself in sand, clambake style.
Live in a box, live in a cardboard box.
Fight Teller.
Eat a bar of soap.

Ye gods, I got a 5 -- better'n Mr. Fares for once but still lagging behind the inimitable Bill. A testament to the power of judicious guessing, I am. LG

6 for me too, although I missed the one about the French deficit-reduction game, or whatever that was.

5. 4 lucky guesses, plus the fortuitious posting by Scott a day or two ago.

Two. A testament to the power of random guessing. I did get the David Blaine question right, however.

The link reminds me that it's once again the season to play my favorite farmer's market game, "Soap or Cheese?"
