Whazzup, Knowlege Pixies? It seems that Google has several thousand people on bread racks in airconditioned rooms looking stuff up for you. The rumor in tech circles is that they have such a robust system they have redundant failover in place so that if one breaks they don't bother to check on it but just leave it on the rack for eventual replacement.
